Refund
To use refund. You must first add a credit card to your account first.

Refund amount will be charged from you credit card.
Refund to customer credit card
Customer receive the refund
Final payout will still include the refunded order's amount
Things to notice
We currently do not support partially refund. Customer can do a full refund and order again.
For full refund, if you are not using our POS, has to be done on web admin portal.
If the order is a QR Code order, Hivive QR fees will not be refunded.
Card surcharge will not be refunded.
