My printer is not printing
Steps to troubleshoot:
Make sure the printer is powered on
Make sure the printer is connected
Do a test print on iPad app
Some order is not printing, why?
On admin panel, please make sure the food is assigned to a menu

On iPad POS app, please make sure the printer is assigned with a location

Terminal button is greyed out
One common reason is the network connection is not stable. You can try to use a ethernet cable to connect the terminal to the router.

I cannot find my bluetooth printer

Make sure Setting > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Bluetooth Sharing is allowed
