Printer related
My printer is not printing
Steps to troubleshoot:
- Make sure the printer is powered on
- Make sure the printer is connected
- Do a test print on iPad app
Some order is not printing, why?
On admin panel, please make sure the food is assigned to a menu. And the menu is assigned to a location.
On iPad POS app, please make sure the printer is assigned with a location.
Terminal button is greyed out
- One common reason is the network connection is not stable. You can try to use a ethernet cable to connect the terminal to the router.
- Terminal require local network permission
I cannot find my bluetooth printer
- Bluetooth Permission
- Make sure Setting > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Bluetooth Sharing is allowed
