My printer is not printing

Steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Make sure the printer is powered on

  2. Make sure the printer is connected

  3. Do a test print on iPad app

Some order is not printing, why?

On admin panel, please make sure the food is assigned to a menu. And the menu is assigned to a location.

On iPad POS app, please make sure the printer is assigned with a location.

Terminal button is greyed out

  1. One common reason is the network connection is not stable. You can try to use a ethernet cable to connect the terminal to the router.

  2. Terminal require local network permission

I cannot find my bluetooth printer

  1. Bluetooth Permission

  2. Make sure Setting > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Bluetooth Sharing is allowed
