Refund

To use refund. You must first add a credit card to your account first.

Things to notice

  • We currently do not support partially refund. Customer can do a full refund and order again.

  • For full refund, if you are not using our POS, has to be done on web admin portal.

  • If the order is a QR Code order, Hivive QR fees will not be refunded.

  • Card surcharge will not be refunded.
