What is card surcharge?
Every card transaction using our terminal or online payment incur cost. And card surcharge is an extra fee that you can pass on to customers to recover the cost of accepting card payments. The surcharge applies to payments made by credit or debit cards.
How to turn on/off card surcharge?
This setting only control who, merchant or customer, pay for the cost. The cost is unavoidable.
Turning card surcharge On means the cost will be pay by customer.
Off means the cost will be pay by merchant.
