How to connect to a printer?

Step by step to guide you through the process to connect a printer

Our powerful POS support multiple printers connections. We also provide different types of connection so you can choose the one that suit your business. Please check our for more detail.

Type of connection

Ethernet/Wifi
  1. Navigate to the printer tab

  1. Tap on Add Printer on the top right hand corner

  1. Select Ethernet Printer tab

  1. Click Add button

  1. You will see the printer on the list and showing connecting

  1. Wait until the it becomes Connected

  1. Tap on Test printer button to confirm the printer is printing normally

  1. You should see a test docket printed out from the printer.

Congratulation 🎉 You have connected your printer successfully!

Bluetooth
  1. Navigate to the printer tab

  2. Tap on Add Printer on the top right hand corner

  3. Select Bluetooth Printer tab

  4. Select the corresponding printer

  5. You will see the printer on the list and a spinner is spinning indicate that it is connecting.

  6. Wait until the spinner becomes Connected

  7. Tap on Test printer button to confirm the printer is printing normally

Congratulation 🎉 You have connected your printer successfully!

Type in the printer ip address.
